A sinking or uneven driveway is more than a cosmetic problem. It can scrape the undercarriage of vehicles, create standing water that erodes the base further, and chip away at your home's curb appeal every time someone pulls in. In Charleston's sandy, moisture-variable soil, driveway settlement is one of the most common concrete problems we see — especially near garage entrances, where the soil was disturbed during original construction and never fully recompacted.
Most jobs are completed in hours — not days. Your concrete is ready to use the same day.
Polyurethane lifting costs significantly less than tearing out and replacing existing concrete.
High-density polyurethane foam only—cleaner, faster, and longer-lasting.
We drill a series of small, dime-sized holes through the settled slab at strategic points, then inject a two-part, high-density polyurethane foam beneath the concrete. The foam expands within seconds, filling the soil voids that caused the slab to sink and lifting the concrete back to its original level position. Once level, we patch the small access holes. The driveway is ready for vehicle traffic the same day.
Our top priority is customer satisfaction and we work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and goals.
Small holes, precise lift—we restore your concrete to grade without over-lifting or damaging surrounding surfaces.
Polyurethane foam cures in 15–30 minutes. Most jobs are done and usable the same day we arrive.
We work in Charleston's unique coastal soil every week and understand exactly what causes concrete to settle here.
